Who is responsible for the treatment of your personal data?

– By the consent of the User: referral of commercial communications and the newsletter, as well as processing orders, requests, etc. at the request of the User.

– For AILIMPO’s legitimate interest: to carry out market studies, statistical analyzes, etc.

For how long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept only for the time necessary to maintain the end of the treatment or there are legal requirements that dictate their custody. When it is no longer necessary for this, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the total anonymization of the data or the total destruction of the same.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen. Our service providers may have access to your personal data related to communications, under the instructions of AILIMPO, who has signed the corresponding confidentiality and treatment manager contracts required by current regulations.

The rights that assist the User are:

AILIMPO informs you that all the information requested through the Website is mandatory, since it is necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. In the event that all the data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided are completely adjusted to your needs.

What are the security measures implemented by AILIMPO?

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, AILIMPO complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the treatment of personal data of its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR , for which they are treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are treated.
